对吻式牵引法辅助内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗合并憩室的环周食管浅表癌1例

临床上环周状食管表浅癌内镜处理比较棘手，围手术期治疗存在困难，特别是术后狭窄的预防。环周状食管表浅癌合并憩室时，增加了术中剥离穿孔的风险。本文报道了1例环周食管浅表癌合并憩室的内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗，运用对吻式牵引法辅助获得治愈性切除，并联合激素应用预防了术后狭窄的发生。

Abstract:

Clinically, endoscopic treatment of circumferential superficial esophageal cancer is quite challenging, and there are difficulties in peri - operative treatment, especially in the prevention of postoperative stenosis. When circumferential superficial esophageal cancer is complicated with diverticulum, the risk of perforation during intraoperative dissection increases. This article reports a case of endoscopic submucosal dissection for circumferential superficial esophageal cancer complicated with diverticulum. The kiss - type traction method was used to assist in achieving curative resection, and the application of hormones was combined to prevent the occurrence of postoperative stenosis.
