Abstract:Clinically, endoscopic treatment of circumferential superficial esophageal cancer is quite challenging, and there are difficulties in peri - operative treatment, especially in the prevention of postoperative stenosis. When circumferential superficial esophageal cancer is complicated with diverticulum, the risk of perforation during intraoperative dissection increases. This article reports a case of endoscopic submucosal dissection for circumferential superficial esophageal cancer complicated with diverticulum. The kiss - type traction method was used to assist in achieving curative resection, and the application of hormones was combined to prevent the occurrence of postoperative stenosis.
