Chinese expert consensus on the clinical practice of endoscopic ultrasound⁃guided biliary drainage (2024, Shanghai)

摘要:

近年来，超声内镜引导胆管引流术（endoscopic ultrasound⁃guided biliary drainage， EUS⁃BD）在我国广泛开展，如何规范化和标准化进行EUS⁃BD操作成为亟待解决的问题。随着EUS⁃BD技术和附件的不断改进，对其临床优势和并发症的认识也在不断更新。本共识在现有国内外相关指南的基础上，对近年来相关研究进展进行总结和更新，针对EUS⁃BD的临床指征、操作技术、附件选择、并发症、围手术期管理、学习与培训等方面，以问答的形式提出了12个临床关注的问题和40条推荐意见，以期指导EUS⁃BD的规范化应用。

Abstract:

In recent years, endoscopic ultrasound-guided biliary drainage (EUS-BD) has been widely implemented in China. The normalization and standardization of this procedure has become an urgent issue. With the improvement of EUS-BD technology and accessories, the understanding of its clinical advantages and complications is also updating. Based on the current guidelines home and abroad, this consensus summarized and updated the related research progress in recent years and presented 12 clinical concerns and 40 recommendations in the form of questions and answers regarding indications and contradictions, techniques, accessory selection, complications, perioperative management, and learning and training for the guidance of standardized EUS-BD.
