《胰腺体外震波碎石术专家共识》要点解读

Interpretation of Expert consensus on pancreatic extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy

摘要:

胰腺体外震波碎石术已成为胰管结石的一线治疗手段。目前，我国有近半的省市可以开展这一技术。为进一步规范和合理应用该技术，由中国医师协会胰腺病学专业委员会和国家消化系统疾病临床医学研究中心（上海）牵头，制定了《胰腺体外震波碎石术专家共识》。本文对《专家共识》所介绍的胰腺体外震波碎石术设备、适应证与禁忌证、操作方法、常见并发症及处理等做深入解读，以进一步提高临床医生对胰腺体外震波碎石术的认识。

Abstract:

Pancreatic extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (P-ESWL) has become the first-line treatment strategy for pancreatic duct stones. At present, nearly half of China""s provinces could carry out this technology. In order to further standardize the clinical application of P‐ESWL in China, Professional Committee of Pancreatic Diseases, Chinese Medical Doctor Association and National Clinical Research Center for Digestive Diseases (Shanghai) organized domestic experts to compile this expert consensus. This consensus focuses on the equipment, indications, contraindications, operation specifications and prophylaxis and treatment of complications for P-ESWL. This paper deeply interpreted the expert consensus, so as to further improve clinicians"" understanding of P-ESWL.
