结直肠癌发病率呈上升趋势，结肠息肉的早期切除可以降低结直肠癌发病率，但息肉漏诊率较高。为提高息肉发现率，国内外对结肠镜检查的先端辅助装置进行了较多研究，本文即对各种先端辅助装置的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

The incidence rate of colorectal cancer is on the rise. The early resection of colorectal polyps can reduce the incidence rate of colorectal cancer, but the rate of missed diagnosis of polyps is high. There are many studies on the apex assistive devices of colonoscopy at home and abroad, aiming to improve the detection rate of polyps. This article reviews the research progress of various apex assistive devices.
