Abstract:Objective: To investigate the treatment of thoracic esophageal foreign body perforation involving the aorta, so as to provide reference for similar clinical cases.Methods: For one patient with thoracic esophageal foreign body perforation combined with aortic injury, after aortic stent implantation for intraluminal isolation, endoscopic esophageal musculotomy for foreign body removal was performed.Results: The operation was successful, no serious postoperative complications occurred, and the prognosis was good,Conclusion: In patients with thoracic esophageal perforation involving the aortic arch, the best individualized treatment plan should be developed after full assessment under the diagnosis and treatment mode of multiple subjects (gastroenterology, thoracic surgery, otolaryngology, radiology, interventional medicine and anesthesiology)
