Abstract:This article reports on the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent bleeding after endoscopic resection of rectal neuroendocrine tumors in a patient with decompensated coagulation dysfunction in liver cirrhosis . Based on literature reports, colonoscopic polypectomy in patients with liver cirrhosis poses a significant risk of bleeding. We believe that it is necessary to carefully evaluate the patient"s underlying condition, potential harm to the lesion, surgical safety, as well as the size, shape, depth, and location of the tumor, in order to determine the necessity of resection, make preoperative preparations for resection, and promptly and properly handle postoperative bleeding.
