超声内镜在血管介入诊疗方面的研究进展

Research progress of endoscopic ultrasonography in vascular intervention diagnosis and treatment

摘要:

超声内镜能贴近消化道管壁，连续追踪、扫查壁外的脏器及血管，加之在血管成像上的独特优势，为血管介入的精准诊疗提供了可能。本文就超声内镜在血管介入诊疗方面的研究进展进行了综述，分成门静脉系和非门静脉系血管超声内镜介入诊疗两大类，涉及门静脉压力测量以及静脉曲张、门静脉高压症、假性动脉瘤等多个临床血管介入诊疗问题。

Abstract:

Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) can be close to the digestive tract wall, continuously track and scan the organs and blood vessels outside the wall, coupled with its unique advantages in vascular imaging, which makes it possible for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of vascular intervention.
