图像增强内镜在溃疡性结肠炎诊疗中的作用

摘要:

溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因尚未明确的非特异性肠道炎症性疾病，以反复发作的腹痛及粘液血便为主要临床表现，诊治困难。内镜在溃疡性结肠炎的诊断与鉴别诊断、疾病活动度判断、癌变监测、粘膜愈合判断等方面至关重要。图像增强内镜可突出病灶粘膜色调、表面微结构和微血管特征，提供了较白光内镜更为丰富的图像信息，结合图像增强内镜下的分类标准，为溃疡性结肠炎的内镜诊断增添了新的工具，近年来被越来越多的运用于临床，也发表了诸多研究成果。本文就图像增强内镜在溃疡性结肠炎诊疗中的运用进展进行综述，以期为开阔临床医师视野。

Abstract:

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease with unclear etiology, which is difficult to diagnose and treat. The main clinical manifestations of UC are recurrent abdominal pain and mucosanguineous feces. Endoscopy plays a significant role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis , assessing disease activity, colorectal cancer(CRC) surveillance, assessing mucosal healing(MH) in UC. Recently, the emergence of image enhanced endoscopy(IEE) can highlight the mucosal stone, microstructure and microvascular characteristics of lesions, which provides more image information than white light endoscopy. Combined with the classification criteria of IEE, it adds new tools for the endoscopic diagnosis of UC. Recently, it has been increasingly applied in clinical practice, and many research results have been published. In this paper, we will review the progress of IEE in the diagnosis and treatment of UC, in order to broaden the vision of clinicians.
