Trends, indications, pathways and management of fecal microbiota transplantation based on CiteSpace analysis

以中国知网和Web of Science数据库为数据来源，检索粪菌移植的相关文献，并借助文献计量分析工具CiteSpace软件，对收集到的有效文献从“文献年度发表数量”“国家合作网络”“作者合作网络”和“关键词”这四个方面进行定量分析，最后借助对数似然比算法，将关系密切的关键词进行聚类，对研究者关心、重视的适应证领域、移植途径和政策管理问题进行了重点解答。

Abstract:

Using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and the Web of Science databases as data sources, this study conducted a literature search on fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT). With the aid of the bibliometric analysis tool CiteSpace software, the collected valid literature was quantitatively analyzed from four aspects: "annual publication volume," "international cooperation network," "author cooperation network," and "keywords." Finally, using the Log-Likelihood Ratio (LLR) algorithm, closely related keywords were clustered, and key issues of concern and importance to researchers, such as indication fields, transplantation routes, and policy management, were addressed in detail.
