肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃静脉曲张内镜下硬化治疗专家共识（2022，长沙）

Chinese expert consensus on endoscopic injection sclerotherapy for gastroesophageal varices with portal hypertension induced by liver cirrhosis (2022, Changsha)

摘要:

肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃静脉曲张出血是临床常见危急重症，内镜下硬化治疗在食管胃静脉曲张的治疗中起着重要作用，然而目前国内外尚无其规范化治疗的相关共识。2022年，中华医学会消化内镜学分会食管胃静脉曲张内镜诊断与治疗学组组织全国相关领域权威专家讨论，提出了肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃静脉曲张内镜下硬化治疗专家共识，以期规范该技术在食管胃静脉曲张中的应用。本共识共分为食管胃静脉曲张分型、肝硬化食管胃静脉曲张诊断等12个部分，共17条陈述。

Abstract:

Gastroesophageal variceal bleeding induced by liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension is a critical emergency in daily clinics. Endoscopic injection sclerotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of gastroesophageal varices. However, no specific consensus on endoscopic injection sclerotherapy home and abroad has been published. In 2022, authoritative experts in relative field all over the country under the leadership of Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment of Esophagogastric Varices Group of Chinese Society of Digestive Endoscopology conducted a comprehensive discussion and proposed the consensus, to serve as a tool for Chinese clinicians to standardize endoscopic injection sclerotherapy treatment for gastroesophageal varices. There are 12 parts in the consensus, with a total of 17 recommendations, including grading of gastroesophageal varices, diagnosis of gastroesophageal varices, etc.
