超声内镜引导下胃壁外异物内镜下取出1例

Endoscopic ultrasound‑guided removal of foreign body outside the gastric wall: a case report

摘要:

对于鱼刺完全穿透胃壁者，直接胃镜下包块切开向外寻找或外科手术方案均存在术中无法准确定位鱼刺风险，而采用超声内镜辅助探查可有效解决术中定位困难的问题。本文报道了1例鱼刺完全穿透胃壁患者，经超声内镜精准定位鱼刺方向，术中以环形切开刀直接建立胃壁隧道，随后内镜下沿隧道切开胃壁，最终找到并拔除鱼刺。

Abstract:

When a foreign body pierces into the stomach wall, it is impossible to use the endoscope to locate it accurately. Even surgical exploration does not ensure that the foreign body will be found. Ultrasound-assisted detection is undoubtedly an excellent method in this regard.
