成熟型畸胎瘤是一种常见的卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤，生殖系统外的畸胎瘤罕见，多位于后腹膜、骶尾骨区域及纵隔。 本文报道了一例卵巢畸胎瘤累及直肠的病例及其内镜超声下表现。

Abstract:

Mature teratoma is a common ovarian germ cell tumor. Teratoma outside the reproductive system is rare, mostly located in the retroperitoneum, sacrococcygeal region, and mediastinum. This article reports a case of ovarian teratoma involving the rectum and its endoscopic ultrasound findings.
