摘要:

我国是食管癌和胃癌的高发国家之一，而食管和胃的早期癌预后明显优于进展期癌，因此提升我国早期食管癌和胃癌的发现率尤为必要。胃镜检查是诊断早期食管癌和胃癌的有效工具，然而由于胃镜检查摄片的不规范性，导致我国早期食管癌和胃癌的筛查状况并 不理想。图像增强内镜是新兴的具有多种特殊光源和高清晰度画面的内镜系统，可以有效提升病变的筛查和诊断能力。本文就图像增强内镜如何进行标准化胃镜摄片作简短探讨，以期同行能从中获益。

Abstract:

The incidence of esophageal cancer and gastric cancer in China is relatively high. Apparently, the prognosis of early staged cancer is better than advanced staged cancer. Improving the detection rate of early staged esophageal cancer and gastric cancer is of great importance. Gastroscopy is an efficient tool in the diagnosis of early esophageal cancer and gastric cancer. However, due to the non-standard gastroscopy, the efficacy of screening for early esophageal cancer and gastric cancer in China is far from being ideal. Image enhanced endoscopy is an emerging endoscopic system with a variety of special light sources and fine definition images, which can effectively improve the ability of screening and diagnosis for lesions. We will explore the standard gastroscopy with image enhanced endoscopy in this research.
