Abstract:To compare the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst by X-ray combined with endoscopic ultrasonography and simple endoscopic double mushroom head covered metal stent implantation. Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with pancreatic pseudocyst treated by double mushroom head covered metal stent implantation from October 2015 to July 2018 in Digestive Endoscopy Center of Changhai Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. 47 cases of pancreatic pseudocyst treated by X-ray combined with endoscopic ultrasonography were treated as the control group, and 11 cases of pancreatic pseudocyst treated by endoscopic ultrasonography alone were treated as the experimental group. Results There was no significant difference in successed rates and operation time between the two groups. Conclusion There is no significant difference in the successed rate of surgery between the two groups, and the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst with double mushroom head covered metal stent implantation under ultrasound endoscopy can be used for inhalation of radiation by medical staff, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
