ESD与外科手术在胃早癌的诊疗效果评价

Clinical evaluation between ESD and surgery for early gastric cancer

摘要:

目的 对比ESD与外科手术在胃早癌的诊疗效能及安全性。方法 收集2012年6月至2018 年5月于北京友谊医院行ESD及外科手术治疗的胃早癌患者的临床资料，统计分析并比较两组患者的完整切除率、并发症发生率、住院天数及治疗总费用等指标。结果 ESD组与外科手术组患者的完整切除率无显著差异（95.7% VS 98.9%，P=0.191），两组在并发症发生率上无显著性差异（5.9% VS 8.2%，P=0.471）；ESD组患者的平均住院天数显著低于外科手术组（11.5±3.7 VS 19.4±13.0，P＜0.05），ESD患者的治疗总费用显著低于外科手术组（27383.1±10143.0 VS 78004.3±79027.8，P＜0.05）。结论 ESD治疗胃早癌的疗效及安全性与外科手术相似，住院天数及费用等经济指标优于外科手术。

Abstract:

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety in the treatment of early gastric cancer between ESD and surgery. Method Collect clinical data of patients who undertook ESD and surgery in Beijing Friendship hospital from June 2012 to May 2018, compare the complete resection rate, complication rate, hospital duration and expense between two groups. Result There is no significant difference between two groups in complete resection rate(95.7% VS 98.9%，P=1.191), neither in the complication rate(5.9% VS 8.2%，P=0.471). There is significant difference in the hospital duration(11.5±3.7 VS 19.4±13.0，P＜0.05) , and in hospital expense (27383.1±10143.0 VS 78004.3±79027.8，P＜0.05). Conclusions: ESD is comparable to surgery in efficacy and safety in the treatment of early gastric cancer, ESD is superior than surgery in the hospital duration and expense.
