内镜下袖状胃成形术在治疗肥胖中的应用

随着经济的发展，饮食和生活习惯的改变，肥胖及其并发症已日益成为我国普遍的健康问题，减肥方式也在逐渐演变。传统的饮食疗法、运动疗法、药物治疗和手术治疗均存在一定缺陷，因此近年来，内镜下袖状胃成形术的应用逐渐增多。本文就有关内镜下袖状胃成形术治疗肥胖症的适应证与禁忌证、手术方式、手术效果、并发症等方面作一综述。

Abstract:

Obesity and its related complications were once considered a disease of China. The recent impressive socioeconomic development, change in infrastructure and food supply have set the stage for this epidemic in China. People pay more attention to obesity and the way to lose weight is gradually evolving with the development of science and technology. Diet, exercise, medications and bariatric have been the cornerstone of management for overweight and obese patients which are flawed, so in recent years, the application of endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty gradually increased. In this paper，indications and contraindications，surgical methods，surgical results and complications were summarized．
