医疗意外保险对消化内镜操作风险防范的实践

目前医疗意外保险正逐渐成为解决手术意外、不可抗力等因素导致的人身损害纠纷的一项重要措施,有利于第三方调解机制的顺利运行,健全当前尚待完善的医疗保障体系。2016年4月起北京某三级甲等综合医院消化内镜中心开始试行推广医疗意外保险工作,有效的缓解了患者的经济负担和精神压力,降低了医患矛盾的发生、减轻了医生的心理压力。今后国家应出台医疗意外保险鼓励性政策及措施来推广、管理该险种,以期化解日益增多的医患矛盾,建设和谐医患关系。

Abstract:

At present, medical accident insurance is gradually becoming an important measure to resolve personal injury disputes caused by surgical accidents, force majeure and other factors, which is conducive to the smooth operation of third-party mediation mechanisms and the improvement of the current medical security system that is yet to be improved. In April 2016, a gastrointestinal endoscopy center of a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Beijing started trial promotion of medical accident insurance, which effectively relieved the economic burden and mental stress of patients, reduced the occurrence of contradictions between doctors and patients, and reduced the psychological pressure of doctors. In the future, the national government should introduce incentive policies and measures for medical accident insurance to promote and manage this type of insurance in order to resolve the increasing number of patient-doctor disputes and build harmonious patient-doctor relationships.
